Labels does not collect any personally identifiable information about its users.
Custom Labels are stored on your device and in your iCloud account on Apples servers if you have iCloud enabled on your device.
Total Universal does not have access to that information. However your data stored on Apples servers is governed by Apple's privacy policy which can be found at https://www.apple.com/legal/privacy/.
